Hi, I’m Kellie, a Certified Reiki Practitioner, Yoga Nidra Guide, and Intuitive Coach.
I am a healer, survivor, and warrior. My goal is to continue to uncover my badass goddess within.
In 2012 I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as a Certified Holistic Health Coach. I enjoyed it but my new mission is to help both men and women release stress and anxiety, to work on trauma issues, to discover self-love and body acceptance, and to feel more at peace in mind, body and soul.
On a personal level, I am an eating disorder survivor, and have made huge progress with therapy for OCD. I also know grief as my Dad unexpectedly passed away in 2014. I have struggled with anxiety and panic attacks. I have socially isolated myself. I hit rock bottom in February of 2016 when I made a suicide attempt. It was shortly after that when I discovered Yoga Nidra. I have enjoyed practicing yoga for a few years now (asana) but never really understood what was so great about Nidra. After joining a 40 Days Of Nidra Challenge, I fell in love with it. Yoga Nidra has been an amazing alternative complement to traditional therapy and has helped my anxiety levels tremendously. I became certified in the Amrit Method of Yoga Nidra in October 2016.
I also became certified in Levels 1 and 2 Reiki, in August of 2016. My husband is a Reiki Master and I always enjoy receiving Reiki from him. I wanted to be attuned myself so I can practice daily self Reiki, and so that I can manage my energy as an Empath and Highly Sensitive Person. During my training I discovered at a deeper level the benefits of Reiki, and I decided to offer this as another healing therapy for clients.
